I'm behind my Phracey, but still in front of the pack.

It is still cold in the 509. An earnest (hah) attempt was made today to get me home by Papa J, but TH mom and Mama S. made him stay home. The moms have promised me a trip home on Boxing day. Secretly, I think they want to make snow bassets up at the pass and avoid Boxing day sales. They remain nuts.

However, for your viewing pleasure, Papa J. has put up a page of naked basset pictures in the snow.

Pretend we're Swedish or Finnish or something.

Winter Romp 2008

Ernest who was last seen curled up with a big cup of almond moo eyeing Mama S's warm patch on the couch.

Oh my goodness what fun and what beautiful bassets. They should come and play with their cousins sometime!

My favorite pic is the second to last one, so much Bassett off the ground in one photo!! I never knew gravity could be defied like that!

Fantastic! The only thing missing is a wee corgador who would follow you anywhere, Ernest.

ps. Do you leave tracks in the snow like mine--four feet and one belly dragging?

Oh Wally!

Great Great Grandmother Egret left boobie tracks in the snow when she was pregnant with Great Grandmother Marie.

I am glad that my legs are long. The thought of the tracks that I would leave makes me want to curl up in a blanket.
