A couple things about my experience in lockdown.

I found out that I have a vocation as a weight loss coach. My roomie, the weimeraner was in for training and weight loss. I ran him ragged. They estimated that I made him lose at least two lbs.

I rock.

N.mom asked if she could be boarded for the same reasons and they said it doesn't work with humans.

Bummer.

I ran out of food while in the hoosegow, which left the moms with a dilemna. Do they buy another bag of Pinnacle trout and sweet potato and to have me reject it because it reminded me of the slammer or do they try something new?

They tried something new - chicken and oatmeal.

I rejected it.

I am ignoring the shorter one. She instigated the whole thing. I did pee on her shoes at the end of the Furry 5K, so maybe that was an omen.

The T.H mom is leaving for Oklahoma tomorrow. She better bring me back a steak. Is that anywhere near you Wally?

I'm still on for Larry King tomorrow. N.mom saw him last year shopping at Bendels, she says he looks like a skeleton.

I am very tired, I am glad to be back in my own domain, but still wary of both of them.

N.mom signed me up for a refresher in basic obedience. I think she needs it more than me.

smooches,

ern

Welcome Home Ernesto!

My humans took ME to basic obedience. They did lear an lot from it. But I've ALWAYS been brilliant.

If you have lost 2 lbs maybe yo ucould qualify as an SUMD? Mmmm on second thoughts maybe not, the ears give it away every time.

Oh well.

Congrat on being released from the slammer. It's about time they bailed you out.

Um, I don't think oatmeal is a good welcome home dinner. I think you should be getting steak, cheese and all you can eat beacon. What cha think?

I vote for steak also...

What are you doing on Larry King? Are you going to talk about your time in the slammer? It would be much more interesting than Paris' story.

Ernest,
Obedience training is really for the humans more than for the dog. You train her to do tricks like give you treats or scratches.

Glad you are back.

My ma ape is interested in your weight loss clinic. For her and not for me, I'm sure.

Trout and sweet potato does sound better than chicken and oatmeal. But, hell, I'd eat anything.
